FAQs
What if we don’t have the minimum number of guests?
Your package includes up to 10 kids and you will receive all the items in your package for all 10. You can use the extra passes for an adult in the party or give the Birthday kid some extra fun. Or you may choose to save the extra passes to come back anytime and we will honor them.
Can we have more than 10 guests.
Yes, just let us know how many you will be bringing when you book and we will be sure to have a space large enough to accommodate you.
Do I need to schedule a party in advance?
Yes, parties must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
Can we bring our own food and beverages?
Feel free to bring your own cake or cupcakes. (Don’t forget your serving utensils too) No other outside food or drink may be brought into the facility other than a store bought cake or cupcakes.
What time should we arrive?
Plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled party time. That will give you time to check in, receive tokens and passes and get set up for a fun afternoon.
Should we confirm our final headcount?
It is a great idea to confirm your party with us especially if you have over 10 guests. We always want to be sure there is enough pizza to go around.
